We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our return policy makes the process simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale or clearance items are non-returnable/eligible for exchange only, unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards.

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Items marked as “final sale.”

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  • Email us at returns@theneofit.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please email us at returns@theneofit.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item at no additional cost.
